NEWCOL is the latest model of arm polishers with a pillar to be fixed onto an industrial floor, or plinth, realized by ZATTONI with the experience gained in over 70 year's work also thanks to our customers’ much appreciated suggestions.
NEWCOL has been projected to face all sorts of surface processing requested or will be requested by the market: the base machine can mount and use all the applications we manufacture at present and will manufacture in the future; moreover the simple, very robust spindle coupling will also ease the fitting of other manufacturers’ applications.

The basic model is supplied with:

• PNEULIFT pneumatic control to increase the working pressure, to allow a quick lifting of the spindle and with a button for the lubrication of the spindle collet.
  
• Two speed spindle MOTOR: 6 - 7,5 HP (4,4/5,5Kw)
  
• Plumbing system with a tap for the operator and another one to regulate, at the mounting, the maximum water flow according to the water pression at your premises.
  
• 50 cm vertical travel
  
• Electrical system with enhanced power and strong controls for the operator
  
• Kit Joint to work with all sorts of holders
  
• no. 5 Holders for Ø250 mm abrasives
  
• a built-in ring for lifting slings: expressly made to lift the machine from the packing and lay it onto the floor in complete safety
